HOUSTON, TEXAS (May 12, 2010)— Houston-based Cherry, provider of demolition, deconstruction, dismantling and recycling services, recently won a silver level safety award at the XXIII Houston Business Roundtable Safety Excellence Awards event. The event was held in conjunction with the Houston Area Safety Council.
Cherry was nominated by its client BP for work on various projects throughout the past year. Cherry was honored in the Soft Crafts Small Category, a category in which companies are required to provide training specific to appropriate skill levels and to support the exterior portion of a client’s process.
